Mahnoud ~
You may want to monitor the blood thinning effects of taking plavix, aspirin and fish oil at the same time. Eating blood thinning foods like raw fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and avoid foods that thicken your blood like meat and dairy, grains and sugars. Do your online research take charge of your health.

I am 72, painfree, out walking daily, mowing my lawn and moving plant pots and garbage cans around like I did 30 years earlier. My cholesterol and other numbers are right where they should be. The bonus has been the additional benefits that have arisen in the past five years or so. Each new benefit just makes me more thankful that I did the research and started taking them so long ago. It’s funny how something so simple, cheap and safe can outdo so many of the pricey prescription drugs!

Today,he has many patients taking Fish Oil,and prescribed it to another family member after they had a heart attack. In my case, the results were quite astounding really. Since your”good colestral”,which needs a minimum reading of 40,tends to kind of “wipe out” the “bad colestral readings”,in my case, the good col climbed to 90,and then to 113.My doctors said they had never had a patient with “good”col readings like that, even my heart doctor(and I don’t hv heart trouble, just checkups),said thst. So,there must be something to this business of taking Fish Oil,plus I am interested to read in your article, that it also helps pain, since I have fibormyalgia.
